How often should I service my furnace or AC?

Once a year per system is the general rule — furnace before winter, AC before summer. Annual service catches worn parts and small leaks while they're still cheap to fix, and it keeps most manufacturer warranties valid.

What are the signs I need furnace repair?

Short cycling, uneven heat between rooms, banging or rattling on startup, a burning smell that doesn't clear after the first run of the season, a yellow burner flame instead of blue, or a jump in your gas bill with no change in usage. If you smell gas, leave the house and call the gas company first — then call us.

Should I repair or replace my system?

It depends on age, repair cost and efficiency. Most furnaces last 15–20 years and AC units 12–15. We'll give you the honest math on both options and let you decide — we don't push replacements on systems that still have life in them.
